La página web de la directora inglesa informa que: "Ahora Potter ha escrito y grabado un álbum de canciones sobre el crecimiento de las mujeres en el Londres de los años 60, como una joven rebelde y activista. Estas canciones profundamente personales crean un puente intergeneracional entre las experiencias de entonces y ahora, significativas para cualquiera que haya superado las alegrías y la melancolía de la adolescencia; los amores y las pérdidas, los terrores y las decepciones, los miedos a la aniquilación global (en los años 60, el miedo al apocalipsis nuclear; ahora los miedos a un cambio climático catastrófico). Su álbum, PINK BIKINI, es también otro tipo de regreso. Cuando tenía veintitantos años, Potter era cantante en varias bandas, a menudo improvisando letras. Escribió e interpretó la letra de Oh Moscow, un ciclo de canciones compuesto por Lindsay Cooper, y realizó giras por Europa con FIG (el Feminist Improvising Group), los Marx Bros y la Film Music Orchestra".
